Darjeeling is the place where you will get to communicate with a diverse range of people. The northeast Indian food is to die for and Darjeeling the food capital of the mountains. Right from the authentic English breakfast at Keventers to the street food is something all travel enthusiasts should look out for.

The early visit to the Tiger Hill, where you can bask in the morning sun at a beautiful angle over Mt. Khangchendzonga is worth all the time and effort you put in waking up this early. The rock climbing (for beginners) at Tenzing Rock is something that everyone must try. You can also visit the Himalayan Training Centre where Tenzing Norgay himself trained! Opposite this is the Gambu rock named after Nawang Gombu, who was the first person to climb the Mount Everest twice! You can also shop for yourself in the Pashupati Market and take in the beauty of Mirik.

Day 01 :

ARRIVAL AT DARJEELING

Arrive at Darjeeling from the NJP Railway Station or the IXB Airport. Meet a representative at the station and travel to the hotel via cab. Check-in at the hotel and take the day off, meaning to enjoy it at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

How to spend the rest of the day is completely upon you as today you are free to spend all the time by yourself.
You can venture around nearby or simply rest for the day in the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 02 :

Tiger Hill, Darjeeling sightseeing

Start your second day with the beautiful sunrise at Tiger Hill.
Take an early morning (4:00 AM) ride to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mount Kangchenjunga (World’s third highest peak), followed by a visit to the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
After breakfast, take some time to visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the PN Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock named after Tenzing Norgay - one of the first two men to climb Mount Everest, the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays), the Tea Garden, Ropeway and the Japanese Temple.
End your day with another overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 03 :

Excursion To Mirik Lake

Morning after breakfast followed by an excursion tour to Mirik Lake. En route visit Nepal Border Pashupati Market, Mirik viewpoint. Also enjoy the outer view of tea Estate. In the evening visit Darjeeling Mall (Chowrasta) along with the local Market (City Life). Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.

Day 04 :

Departure from Darjeeling

Once the three days are over, check out from the hotel and after having your breakfast, board your flight from the airport or catch your train at the station on time. Carry on with beautiful memories in your heart.
