GoechaLa trek is nestled at a height of 16,207ft, with a closer look at the third-highest peak-Mt. Kanchenjunga. It is a dream and desire for hundreds of adventure lovers. Bounded by the mesmerizing flora and fauna, which are so vibrant and colourful to cheer up one's mood. The GoechaLa pass trek is a bundle of big summits, making it an absolute adventure to embark on. The trail link with the famous Kanchenjunga National Park, where one can witness the true nature, enough to revitalize your senses. To watch the mountains clearly, April and May are the ideal months. Since the sky is completely clear during this time and the sunset-sunrise views can be captured.

Day 01 :

Arrive at Yuksam

Arrive in Yuksam, a peaceful village in West Sikkim.
Complete trek registration and permit formalities (Sikkim Inner Line Permit & Kanchenjunga National Park entry).
Meet your trek leader and support team for briefing.
Stay: Local guesthouse/lodge

Day 02 :

Yuksam → sachen

Begin trek through dense sub-tropical forests filled with ferns, bamboo, and rhododendron.
Cross Pha Khola and Mentogang Khola rivers via hanging bridges.

Day 03 :

Sachen → Tshoka via Bakhim

A steep and scenic climb through thick forest.
Cross the Prek Chu River, reach Bakhim, and then ascend to the Tibetan-style village of Tshoka.

Day 04 :

Tshoka → Dzongri via Phedang

Trek through magical rhododendron forests and open to alpine meadows.

Dzongri top → Thansing
